Who we are looking for
‍Empire Chaplains, LLC is looking for clinically trained Board Certified Chaplains to build compassionate relationships through confidential, permission based, weekly direct contact with employees, scheduled personal one-on-one care sessions with employees who present with specific needs, and are on call 24/7 for emergency care.

‍What you will do
Maintain a weekly schedule at designated client company site
Build caring relationships with client employees
Build respect and trust with client leadership
Develop resources for client employees in local area
Be willing to visit with employees and household in hospital
Be willing to accompany employees to court and/or jail visits
Be available for funeral and or memorials
Be available to perform marriages and blessings
Provide grief care for employees and their households
Represent Empire Chaplains, LLC in the local community.

What you will need
‍1.  Master of Divinity or Equivalent
‍2.  Board Certificate Chaplain (or eligibility for BCC)
‍3. 4 Years Workforce Experience
4.  Denomination/Faith Tradition Endorsement
